Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy typically focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and processing past trauma in depth. Coaching, as offered at Sheridan Blooms, is present and future-oriented, supporting awareness, growth, and practical integration into daily life. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. Many clients choose coaching alongside therapy, especially when they are ready to apply insight, rebuild inner strength or rhythms of care, and move towards what is next.

No. Faith and spirituality are honored as meaningful sources of identity and strength, and they are woven into coaching in ways that are respectful and client-centered. Clients are welcome to engage with these dimensions to the extent that feels supportive for them.
