About Me
I know what it feels like to lose your footing — to face grief that shakes your sense of identity and purpose. My own journey through loss became the foundation of my calling: to walk beside women as they rediscover who they are in Christ. Through grace, reflection, and faith-based guidance, I help women move from surviving to living fully — abundantly, authentically, and with radiant purpose.
Why Sheridan Blooms?
The name Sheridan means “warrior.” Bloom represents the beauty and new life that can emerge, even from seasons we never would have chosen.
Together, they reflect something I have come to believe deeply: the heart of a warrior is not found in never struggling, but in continuing to meet life with courage, truth, and faith. Strength and tenderness can exist together. We can honor what has been while still making room for what is becoming-and trust that God is still growing something new.

Sheridan Blooms was born from my own experience of walking through a season that profoundly reshaped my understanding of faith, identity, relationships, and purpose. In the midst of that wilderness, God met me in unexpected ways and began revealing a new calling-to walk alongside other women as they navigate their own seasons of grief, transition, and becoming.

Sheridan Blooms is the expression of that calling: a place where women can reconnect with who they are, care for themselves as whole people, and find the strength and support to move forward.
Sheridan Blooms holds both: the strength to keep going and the courage to keep becoming.

What I Believe
I don't believe grief is something we simply “get over,” nor do I believe wellness is simply the absence of illness.

I believe God created us as whole people-body, mind, and spirit-and that what touches one part of our lives often touches every part. Meaningful growth happens when we have space to name what is true, care for what needs tending, and take practical steps toward the life we want to live.

My approach brings together faith, evidence-informed education, compassionate support, and practical tools to help women move beyond simply surviving toward living more fully-rooted in who they are, strengthened for the season they are in, and confident in the life God is calling them toward.

Meet Rebecca
I'm Rebecca Stolz, BSN, MPH, a faith-based coach, Certified Grief Educator, and women's health advocate.

My path to Sheridan Blooms has been shaped by both professional experience and my own deeply personal journey through loss and compounding grief. There have been seasons when one loss seemed to lead into another-reshaping relationships, identity, faith, and the future I once imagined. Walking through those experiences gave me a deeper understanding of how grief can touch every part of our lives and how important it is to have space to name what we are carrying rather than simply pushing through it.

My own journey also awakened a passion for helping women recognize that grief does not have to define the rest of their story. It can become a place of deeper truth, greater self-understanding, renewed strength, and an invitation to rediscover who they are as beloved by God.

Before founding Sheridan Blooms, I served as an Air Force medical-surgical nurse, worked as a women's health educator and medical compliance coordinator at Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas, and later devoted many years to homeschooling my five children. These different chapters, together with my personal experiences of loss, have shaped the way I understand women and the many layers of the lives we carry.

Today, I bring together my education, lived experience, faith, and continued study in grief, wellness, fitness, and women's health to walk alongside women navigating their own seasons of change. At the heart of my work is a desire for women to feel truly seen and supported as they reconnect with who they are, care for their well-being, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and radiant purpose.

You Are Still Becoming
Whatever season brought you here, your story is still being written.

My hope is that Sheridan Blooms reminds you that you are seen. You matter. You are supported. You don't have to navigate life's difficult seasons alone. You are beloved by God, stronger than you may realize, and there is still more life to live, purpose to discover, and room to bloom.
